My passion is functional fitness—strength training that helps us build bodies capable of handling whatever life throws our way, so we can keep doing the things we love for years to come.

In our sessions, I focus on creating a comfortable, supportive environment. We’ll work together to meet you where you are, while also pushing your limits in a way that feels empowering and encouraging. My goal is to help you find that perfect balance where you feel stronger and more confident after every session.

I believe in blending traditional strength and conditioning with yoga, holistic wellness, and a personalized approach to create training programs that truly fit your needs. Whether you're just starting out or you're an experienced athlete aiming for specific performance goals, I’m here to guide you with intentional, evidence-based training that’s tailored to help you thrive.
