Hi, I’m Giovanna Knudsen, and I’m passionate about helping people live a lifestyle that feels realistic and achievable for them. As a health coach and fitness professional with over 10 years of experience, my goal is to support you in overcoming the obstacles you face every day—whether that’s finding time for yourself, juggling a busy schedule, or simply getting started on your wellness journey. As a mom myself, I understand firsthand how challenging it can be to prioritize self-care, and I’m here to show you that it’s possible, even when it feels difficult.
Throughout my career as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, including older adults, pregnant and postpartum clients, busy professionals, and parents managing hectic schedules. I approach each session with the intent to help you not only move your body but also learn something new that you can apply to your everyday life.

My philosophy centers around creating sustainable, long-term changes that align with your lifestyle and personal goals. I like to begin with a comprehensive total body and lifestyle assessment. This helps me get a clear picture of where you’re starting from—your strengths, your challenges, and your daily habits. From there, we’ll build a personalized plan that doesn’t just focus on physical fitness but also considers the unique demands of your life. Whether it’s managing stress, creating a better balance between work and wellness, or learning new strategies to make healthier choices, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
While I love working with longer-term clients and seeing their progress over time, I understand that not everyone can commit to long-term training. That’s why I believe in empowering my clients to make informed decisions on their own. Even if we only work together for a short period, I want you to walk away with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to continue your journey independently. My goal is to help you make sustainable changes, whether that means sticking with a program or gaining the insight you need to create your own path forward.
