With a background in psychology from Kent State University, athletics and emergency medicine, I bring a unique perspective to fitness, combining a deep understanding of the mind-body connection with motivation to keep you on target to hit your goals.
My passion lies in helping clients who are looking to improve not just their physical health, but also their mental resilience. I believe that fitness is a powerful tool to support both mental and physical well-being.
